You ramble. It files. You confirm.

A local ledger for people who inject from vials. Dictate or type what happened, drop a photo of a vial you already have, and tap to accept the proposed rows. It is a filing clerk, not a coach.

The app never recommends a dose, compound, protocol, or vendor. Reconstitution math is ordinary Swift with unit-tagged inputs, not a paragraph from a model.

What it does

Turns a ramble and optional on-device label text into proposed events plus a gap list.
Writes nothing until you accept a row. Corrections are new events that supersede. History is not edited in place.
Converts numbers you typed into concentration, draw volume, and syringe marks, and prints the formula.
Exports the full JSONL event log and a CSV at any time.

BYOK, no company server

You paste a model API key. It lives in the iOS Keychain on that phone. Requests go from the device to Anthropic or to an OpenAI-compatible host you typed. There is no account and no backend that receives health data. We distribute source code.
